- Multiyear plans are also available, giving you price certainty during times of inflation. You can also extend the functional life of your instruments by choosing a plan designed for older assets.
- Preferred response to on-demand calls. If we can’t resolve your issue using our Virtual Technical Support tools, we typically arrive onsite two days earlier than without a plan.
- Onsite repair visits—including travel time and labor.**
- Genuine Agilent parts for Agilent instruments, when included in your plan.
- Consumables and supplies required for repairs or maintenance.
