Agenda

7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m - Registration & Breakfast

8:00 a.m. - 8:15 a.m - Welcome & Introductions

8:15 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.

Automated Sample Preparation for Biopharmaceutical Analysis: Removing inefficiencies and variability

Explore the latest developments in methods, column chemistries, and techniques for protein and peptide-based therapeutics, including enzymatic digestion workflows, reverse phase cleanup, and more

8:45 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

Discover the ProteoAnalyzer System: Automated Protein Analysis Parallel to None

The Agilent ProteoAnalyzer system is a parallel capillary electrophoresis instrument that automates the capillary electrophoresis-sodium dodecyl sulfate (CE-SDS) analysis of reduced and non-reduced protein samples. Able to separate 12 samples in as little as 30 minutes, this system is designed to eliminate the laborious process of SDS-PAGE gel preparation, staining/destaining, and analysis so you can focus on results. The ProteoAnalyzer system separates proteins from 10 to 240 kDa allowing for the analysis of proteins over a wide range of sizes in a single run. The discrete individual capillaries are rejuvenated between every separation allowing for the analysis of diverse samples including monoclonal antibodies, biosimilars, protein purification fractions, and crude lysates.

9:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.

Achieving Superior Results in Biologic Characterization: From Analytical to Preparative LC

Unlock the full potential of your biologics workflow with Agilent’s InfinityLab III LC Series—now featuring both UHPLC and Prep LC solutions for comprehensive characterization of Monoclonal Antibodies, Bispecific Antibodies, and Antibody-Drug Conjugates. This session highlights how our technology enables seamless scale-up from analytical to preparative workflows, delivering consistent results with superior resolution, sensitivity, and reproducibility.

9:45 a.m -10:00 a.m - Break

10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

Advances in Column and Preparation Technologies from Peptides to Proteins

Developing methods for protein and peptide CQAs require both robustness and scalability. We will discuss the latest developments and column chemistries for peptide and protein-based therapeutics, including new developments in SEC, reverse phase and other relevant chemistries.

10:30 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.

Comprehensive Characterization of Biomolecules Using LC-MS: From Monoclonal Antibodies to Synthetic Oligonucleotides

In this presentation, we will explore advanced techniques for the LC-MS characterization of biomolecules, including monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), GLP-1 agonists, and synthetic oligonucleotides. We will focus on utilizing LC-MS mass spectrometry for rapid and automated detection of these complex biomolecules. By extending to high-resolution mass spectrometry like the Agilent 6545XT AdvanceBio LC/Q-TOF system with microdroplet technology, we can provide comprehensive insights into the structure and function of these complex biomolecules.

11:15 a.m. - 11:45 p.m.

Expert Exchange: Ask the Panel

This is your opportunity to engage directly with each presenter. Questions can be submitted ahead of time, during registration, or can be asked in-person. This open forum is designed to foster an in-depth, collaborative exchange—providing a unique space to discuss challenges, explore ideas, and gain insights directly from our expert panel.

11:45 a.m - 12:00 p.m - Closing Remarks

**After the conclusion of the seminar, we encourage you all to grab a bite to eat and continue networking with the panel as well as other attendees**
