Product information

The SureSelect Cancer CGP assay utilizes Agilent SureSelect XT HS2 library preparation and target enrichment chemistry to empower your lab’s NGS workflow. The pan-cancer NGS panel detects somatic variants including:

  • Single nucleotide variants (SNVs)
  • Copy number variants (CNVs)
  • Insertions/deletions (indels)
  • Translocations (TLs)
  • De novo gene fusions

In addition, the SureSelect Cancer CGP assay assesses immuno-oncology biomarkers such as:

  • Tumor mutational burden (TMB)
  • Microsatellite instability (MSI)
