Looking for advanced alternatives to the Bioanalyzer system? Agilent offers a range of automated electrophoresis platforms, including the Agilent TapeStation, Agilent Fragment Analyzer, and Agilent ProteoAnalyzer systems. These platforms provide additional features and compelling benefits. Discover below.
The Agilent 4150 and 4200 TapeStation systems combine automated walk-away sample processing with operational simplicity. The instruments offer constant cost per sample and high application flexibility. Ready-to-use consumables ensure simple operation with minimal hands-on time.
Using automated parallel capillary electrophoresis, Agilent Fragment Analyzer systems offer nucleic acid quality control for a range of applications, including NGS libraries, cell-free DNA and (IVT) RNA QC. Simple sample preparation, automated operation, and intuitive analysis software contribute to efficient and accurate measurement.
The Agilent ProteoAnalyzer system brings added efficiency, versatility, and reliability for protein QC workflows. Able to separate 12 samples in as little as 30 minutes, this system is designed to eliminate the laborious process of SDS-PAGE gel preparation, staining, destaining and analysis.
Discover how customers like you have successfully transitioned from the Bioanalyzer system to our advanced automated electrophoresis platforms, enhancing their workflows and achieving remarkable results.
"Transitioning from the 2100 Bioanalyzer system to the 4200 TapeStation system has increased our throughput, speed, and our laboratory efficiency. This naturally allows overall cost control," says Dr. Xiao, general manager, Shanghai Biotechnology Corporation. See how their upgrade turned into a long-term gain for lab performance.
"You mix your buffer with your sample in a tube, and you put the tube and the ready-to-use ScreenTape device into the machine,” Alison noted. “I have a lot more time because of this.” Discover how Alison gained more time with a simpler workflow.
What are the main reasons you continue to use the Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer?
Please take a moment to share your thoughts on what a new system would need to offer to support your research. What features or improvements would an alternative system require to convince you to switch to a new model? Thank you!
