Four undergraduate UV-Vis lab experiments to download

These four experiments with supporting demonstrator guides are designed for in-lab or remote demonstrations. Covering common UV-Vis applications to give students some 'real-life' experience, the experiments include:

• Sample quantitation
• Reaction kinetics
• DNA melts (simulation)
• Solid sample transmission over a wavelength range

Each one includes student instructions, a report template and demonstrator guide, including a script for remote demonstrations. View a sample here.
