From Complex to Simplicity: Get More Peace of Mind on Your HPLC Workflows with InfinityLab Assist | Agilent

The Agilent InfinityLab Assist is an innovative control interface for Agilent InfinityLab LC systems, designed to make lab work faster, easier, and more economical. It features a multitouch display that provides direct, interactive control over the system, allowing users to monitor instrument status, set parameters.

The system's most significant advantage is its integrated guidance for maintenance and troubleshooting. If an error occurs, it provides a direct notification with a built-in guide to help users solve the problem, reducing the need for external documentation.

This functionality, combined with its ability to track instrument trends like solvent efficiency and runs per day, helps labs act more efficiently and economically, even with less experienced users.

Key learning objectives:

  • Improved Efficiency and Ease of Use: The InfinityLab Assist simplifies daily lab tasks, making them faster and more straightforward. Its intuitive multitouch display and integrated guides enable users of all skill levels to operate the system effectively, minimizing the learning curve and potential for error.
  • Proactive Troubleshooting and Reduced Downtime: The system's built-in diagnostics and troubleshooting guides are a significant benefit. By directly notifying the user of an error and providing a step-by-step solution, it dramatically reduces the time needed to fix problems, leading to less instrument downtime and increased lab productivity.
  • Economic Operation: The system provides valuable insights into how economically the instrument is being used by tracking key metrics like solvent efficiency and runs per day. This data allows customers to monitor and optimize their resource consumption, helping to lower operational costs over time.
