This hands-on workshop will be focused on practical sample preparation techniques and data analysis workflows designed to address real-world food safety challenges. Using PFAS analysis as an example, we will demonstrate end-to-end workflows that could be applied to other contaminants such as pesticides and mycotoxins. This interactive demo is ideal for food analysis researchers, laboratory technicians, and lab managers looking to gain actionable insights they can apply immediately in the lab. Space is limited due to the hands-on format and laboratory capacity, so early registration is strongly encouraged.
